Appendix: infrastructure

Not part of using myScribe; here for completeness. Nothing below changes how anything in this guide works: behaviour that does affect you, such as which recording modes give you speaker separation, is described in the relevant section above.

myScribe is built on third-party infrastructure. Transcription with speaker separation runs on AssemblyAI; single-track transcription for personal notes runs on Groq Whisper. Meeting bots are operated through Recall.ai. Generated titles, summaries, tasks, speaker suggestions and chat run on Google Gemini. Hosting is Netlify, storage and database are Supabase, transactional email is Resend, and payments are handled by Stripe.

Which provider serves which part can change without notice as we tune quality, latency and reliability, and provider choice is not part of any plan's commitments. For the current list of subprocessors, or for compliance and DPA questions, contact support@myscribe.co.
