What a visitor sees on a guest link

  1. Open the link. For an invitation emailed from AI chat, verify the invited email with Send verification code, then Verify & view recording. A forwarded recipient can choose Request access and verify their own email, then wait for a separate invitation. On copy-only links, signed-out visitors may be asked for their name and email so the owner can see who viewed the recording.
  2. Review the sections and playback the owner permits. A disabled link, or a recording marked Personal, is unavailable.
  3. If tasks are allowed, use only the editing or completion controls shown. If the owner has restricted them, ask the owner to change the link permissions.
  4. Use the offered sign-in or save-to-Library action to keep access in your account. After signing in, open the recording from your Library. Saving shared content does not move your subscription to the owner's billing account.

A guest link is not a team invitation. If your goal is to collaborate with a team, accept its separate invitation. Disabling the guest link later does not revoke Library access already granted to someone who saved it.
