Connect myScribe to myAI Studio

myAI Studio (myai.studio) is a CRM with an AI teammate. If you use both, you can let myAI Studio read your myScribe meetings: titles, summaries, decisions, action items and transcripts. It only reads and never changes anything in myScribe. It needs myScribe Pro or higher.

Start in myAI Studio. Open Settings → myScribe there, or the myScribe Pro page, and click Subscribe to myScribe Pro or I already use myScribe.

  • New to myScribe: your myScribe account is made with your myAI Studio email and you go to myScribe's checkout for Pro. Pro bought this way is billed from the first day, with no free trial. After paying you return to myAI Studio, which connects on its own, and we email you a link to set your myScribe password.
  • Already have myScribe: click I already use myScribe, even if your myScribe account uses a different email. You land on Connect myScribe to myAI Studio. It names the myAI Studio account asking.
  1. If you're already signed in to myScribe, the page shows that account under myScribe account to connect. To connect a different one, click Use a different myScribe account. Otherwise, sign in to the account you want (or use Email me a sign-in link).
  2. Click Connect followed by that account's email.
  3. If you're not on Pro yet, you go to checkout for Pro (no trial). Otherwise you go straight back to myAI Studio, connected.

What myAI Studio sees. Your own recordings, and your team's recordings that aren't private. Other people's private recordings are never shared.

Your myAI Studio contacts in meetings. Once connected, a meeting's Summary shows In myAI Studio: the people in the meeting who are your myAI Studio contacts, with their company and tags and Open to see the contact in myAI Studio. On Actions, action items that name one of them (full name or email) link to that contact too. myScribe matches the meeting's named speakers (full names only) and calendar invitees' emails; myAI Studio answers only with contacts you can see there, and myScribe never stores them or changes them. To stop it, turn off myScribe can read your contacts in myAI Studio's Settings → myScribe (it's on by default); the Summary then says matching is off. Disconnecting stops it too.

Assign tasks to myAI Studio people. Open a task and use Assignee on the Details tab. The list has Your workspace first. If you're a workspace owner or admin and connected to myAI Studio, it also shows myAI Studio team. myAI Studio contacts appears only once contact search is turned on for your account. Use Search myAI Studio team (or Search myAI Studio team and contacts) under the list to find someone. Pick them, pick them, then click Save. Someone whose email matches a person in your myScribe workspace is listed once, under Your workspace. People picked from myAI Studio are not emailed or notified about the task yet, and the task isn't added to myAI Studio. myScribe saves their name and email on the task. If sharing is switched off in myAI Studio, the list says Team access is off in myAI Studio. or Contact access is off in myAI Studio. If myAI Studio can't be reached, it says so. Your workspace list still works either way. When you disconnect, the saved myAI Studio names and emails are removed from those tasks.

See or stop it. Either side works, and it stops at once:

  • In myScribe, open Settings → myAI Studio. Each connection shows Connected to myAI Studio with the myAI Studio email. Click Disconnect, then Disconnect again to confirm.
  • In myAI Studio, open Settings → myScribe and click Disconnect.

Your myScribe plan and meetings stay as they are. To connect again, start from myAI Studio. If your plan ends, myAI Studio can no longer read your meetings.

Only the owner or an admin of your myScribe organization can subscribe. If someone else pays for your team, ask them to upgrade to Pro, then connect again.
