Free provides capture, Library, and task tools with limited recording and AI allowances.
Pro is $17/month or $163/year for 1 user. It adds paid collaboration and AI features with the allowances shown on its card. Pro has no additional users; to add teammates, upgrade to Pro w/ AI Employee.
Pro w/ AI Employee includes one seat at $149/month or $1,600/year, with additional seats at $20/month each and 12 recording hours per user per month. The seat is meant to be used with your own AI agent, such as Claude, ChatGPT, OpenClaw or Hermes, running in the cloud or on your computer and connected to myScribe with an API key.
Pro (Legacy) is for existing subscribers and may not appear as a new purchase. Check your own Plan & billing screen for your retained terms.

Team membership and billing seats are separate. A team invitation does not replace your subscription. Review any checkout or plan-change confirmation before accepting a charge; account-specific and legacy terms take precedence over a general guide.
