Yearly billing

Pro costs $17/month or $163/year, equivalent to $13.58/month and a saving of $41/year, for 1 user with 4 recording hours per month. Pro keeps its 14-day free trial on yearly too.

Pro w/ AI Employee costs $149/month or $1,600/year, equivalent to $133.33/month and a saving of $188/year. It includes one seat, for you and your own connected AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, Hermes or another assistant), with additional seats at $20/month each. Each user includes 12 recording hours per month. Existing account-specific terms remain shown in Plan & billing.

Choose yearly billing

1. Open Plan & billing and choose Change Plan if the plan cards are not visible.
2. Select Yearly in the Monthly / Yearly switch above the cards.
3. On Pro, review the $163/year price, or on Pro w/ AI Employee, the $1,600/year price, and press the plan's checkout or Upgrade button.
4. Review the charge before completing checkout. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. AI Employee bills from day one, without a free trial.

You can also select Yearly on the public pricing page before pressing Get Started - Yearly. Plans without a yearly offer retain their monthly price.

Switch your current plan between monthly and yearly

1. Open Plan & billing and pick the other interval in the switch.
2. Press Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly on your current plan's card.
3. A new billing cycle starts that day, with credit for the unused part of the old one.

What yearly changes. Only the base plan price is billed yearly. Included allowances still reset monthly. Additional seats and usage past the included allowances bill monthly. Yearly checkout starts with one included seat; add paid seats afterwards from Plan & billing → Paid add-on seats → Update seats. Existing paid seats remain attached when you switch your current plan's billing interval.
