Where: task detail sheet → Activity tab.

An automatic, newest-first history of the task, written by the database rather than the app, so it captures every change regardless of which screen made it. Entries are full sentences such as "Alex Morgan changed priority from medium to high", "Alex Morgan assigned this task to Jamie Chen" or "Someone created this task", with a relative timestamp and the person's avatar. Limited to the 50 most recent entries.

Gotchas: changes made by automation (meeting extraction, the AI agent) have no person attached and show as "Someone". You cannot post to it, filter it, or export it.
