"Follow-up Required"

What it is: a second bucket of extracted items: things that are vague, have no deadline, or explicitly need checking back on ("let's circle back on X", "we need to look into Y").

Where: Recordings → open a recording → Actions tab. Follow-ups render in their own amber section beneath the normal Tasks section, with a clock icon.

How it is decided: the extraction AI tags each item as follow_up or action_item. There is no way for a user to set or change the tag.

Gotchas

  • The split exists only on a recording's Actions tab. On the Tasks page, the board, the calendar and the Today list, follow-ups look like ordinary tasks with no marker at all.
