Existing accounts: declining or withdrawing AI permission

You are always in control. Without core AI permission, myScribe cannot provide its main AI features, including new transcriptions, summaries and memory updates. You can still play back your saved recordings and read your existing notes. This choice does not delete your saved content.

The sign-in reminder and full AI-sharing review explain this before you choose Not now. Not now leaves your current choices unchanged; it does not withdraw permissions you already saved. Declining an optional service affects that service, not all AI features.

In Profile → AI sharing, Withdraw AI permission shows Before you turn AI features off, with the same playback reassurance. Keep my choices cancels without changing permission. Confirm withdrawal saves the withdrawal and repeats that existing recordings and notes remain available. You can change your mind in Profile → AI sharing. Withdrawal does not automatically cancel an existing subscription; manage or cancel billing separately.
