Recent on Today

Under the Today heading, a collapsed Recent row shows how many Library items (meetings, recordings, imports, and photo sessions) were added recently and how many of their tasks are still open. Today and This Week look back 7 days; This Month looks back 30 days.

1. Tap Recent to expand it. The five newest items appear: a list on phones, a row of cards on desktop. Tap one to open it. Your open or closed choice is remembered on that device.
2. Tap the expand icon at the right of the row, or View all, to open the full Recent page.
3. On the full page, switch between 7 days and 30 days, filter by type, or search titles and summaries. Needs your attention lists items with open tasks or failed processing. Each item has Summary, Tasks (or Actions), and Transcript shortcuts where they apply.
4. Close the page with × or Esc.

Personal recordings show without their summary. Items you cannot open in the Library do not appear.
