Sign-in reminder for AI permission

The Your privacy, your control panel highlights encrypted connections, myScribe's policy against selling personal information, and your ability to customize or withdraw AI permission. It also explains that AI processing sends relevant data to the listed providers and withdrawal cannot retract data already sent. Read our privacy policy opens the details. These protections are not a promise of end-to-end encryption or risk-free processing.

If you see One quick review to use your AI features, your account has no saved AI-sharing choice. Transcription requires the relevant transcription and background-processing permissions; AI summaries, automatic action items, chat, voice assistance and AI-enriched briefings also need their relevant permissions. Choose Review and enable AI features, review Enable all AI features (or customize), then Allow AI sharing. Not now leaves permission unchanged and may show the reminder again on your next app visit. Recording and saving audio, viewing saved content and manual tasks remain available. Saving permission does not restart old jobs: reopen an affected recording and choose Regenerate Transcript.
